Welcome to Perpetually Becoming Therapy & Wellness. 

We are a team of therapists in Raymond, Maine who deeply value supporting Maine women to heal, grow, and flourish. 


We don't believe in lives or roles that are rigidly defined and dutifully fulfilled. We believe that a full and healthy life is a process of recovering, uncovering, and discovering all that we truly are - a perpetual becoming from one moment to the next. 


We are mindfulness practitioners and therapists, both indoors and out. As a part of the natural world, we are deeply interconnected—our relationships, work, community, and connection to the earth all shape our sense of fulfillment. Therefore, we offer therapy sessions in the office and, when appropriate, outdoors in local parks and preserves as well.


Whether in the office or out of doors, we are confident in our ability to help you to achieve greater mental health and wellbeing.

A key part of this is self-care, not as an indulgence but as an essential practice of tending to one’s whole self. This allows us to achieve and sustain the energy needed to engage fully
