I work with teens and adults who are seeking clarity, self-compassion, and alignment in their lives—particularly when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what matters most to them.
My primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based, evidence-informed form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility by helping individuals develop awareness of their internal experiences, relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action guided by personal values. Rather than working to eliminate discomfort, ACT supports individuals in learning how to make space for challenging experiences while continuing to move toward a fulfilling and values-driven life.
My work is grounded in behavioral science and influenced by mindfulness practices and philosophical traditions that emphasize acceptance, presence, and intentional living. I aim to provide a thoughtful, supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore patterns that no longer serve them and cultivate greater resilience, self-understanding, and purpose.
